We have two types of investors: Accredited Investor and Non-Accredited Investor
Accredited Investor: An accredited investor is one verified by the SEC. In most cases it’s individuals with networth in multi millions
Non-Accredited Investor: A Non-Accredited or Retail Investor is any individual or entity that does not meet the requirements of the SEC. Our platform enables retail investors to access private investment opportunities.
Start browsing Vetted Deals: Explore a broad assortment of vetted investment opportunities. Once you find a company that interests you, you can learn more by exploring the company's profile and following their updates.

STEP 3:

Invest with transparency and track your commitments inside your dashboard.

Now that you’ve taken a look around, it’s time to dig deeper. Investing in startups is inherently risky, so it’s important for you to do your own independent research to mitigate those risks. Take a closer look at the companies you’re interested in. Dive into their materials and ask questions.
Complete your investment: by clicking the invest now button. You can invest as an individual or as a corporation. Enter your investment amount, execute the required legal materials, transfer and confirm your investment amount.
Where does my money go: Once you confirm your investment, the funds are transferred to an escrow account for safekeeping until the fund raising is closed. Once the fundraising is closed, you will be notified if the amount was met or not.
